All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping for orders:
- over $50 in the United States
- over $100 to Canada, France and the UK
Delivery timelines will depend on the carrier and service you choose for your delivery at checkout. An estimate is provided for each option available.
In the US, it can take up to 7 days post shipping notification for the package to be delivered. Internationally it can take up to 21 business days.
**Covid 19 delays** - All carriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to the pandemic and the holidays. We will do our best to assist but understand that we are not responsible for any delays. If you are experiencing delays please contact the carrier with your tracking number for updates.
We currently ship to Canada, France, and the UK.
We do not currently offer shipping to the rest of the World but stay tuned as this might change very soon.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ymaan Limited Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days (21 business days for International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
